This project comprised of an extension to an existing hospital consisting of the construction of double and single room wards to accommodate 22 people. All works were to latest design features of a modern day hospital with special emphases on elderly patient safety and comfort.

The main structure of building was reinforced concrete frame & blockwork panelling with a maintenance free zinc roof.

The interior fit out is to the highest standard and incorporates stainless steels units, bi-fold doors reception desks, fitted furniture, patient hoists, etc.

The Mechanical and Electrical include centralised plant room, LPHW heating, mechanical ventilation, nurse’s call, door access system, fire alarms, etc., etc.
