The project consists of the construction of a single story pitched roof extension to the existing community Nursing Home to include 7 nr. Bedrooms and a new sitting room along with refurbishment work to an existing ward to convert it to a new nurse’s station, file room and patient sitting room. The construction work also includes a new patient garden bounded by the existing building and new extension and a new site access roadway.
