The project consists of a single storey extension to Regina House Phase 2 to provide 4no. additional en-suite bedrooms, a communal area, a visitors room and kitchenette, a living room and a dirty utility room. Internal garden landscaping and decorative path construction. Services diversions will also be required as part of the works. All associated site work and car park construction.
